Secure Your Private Hangar at Aeroplex

Aeroplex is only a nine unit development and there is no room on this site to expand the operations and have additional hangar available, space is limited, so inquire before they are sold out.

In the most basic form Aeroplex is a leased parcel of land from the City of Ocala in which ten units re being built for the purpose of aircraft storage. The lease term is 30 years with two 5 year extensions. These terms are industry standard for airports and the lease is available for review at any time at the airport managers office or by request of the developer.

Step 1

Submit an Inquiry Form

To insure we answer your questions timely we request you fill out the inquiry form and the aircraft information so we can crosscheck your requirements and provide the list of available units.

Step 2

Select an Available Unit

Depending on the size of your aircraft, we will give you a few choices for land to build your hangar on. Once you have chosen your plot of land, we will begin with the next step.

Step 3

Meet the Developer

The Developer will meet to discuss the association details as well as the lease agreement. Providing the end user the documents and use agreements as set forth in the master lease with the city.

Step 4

Execute the Lease Agreement

Each member will enter into a lease agreement with the association and make a refundable deposit, deposits are refundable until such time permits for the construction begins at which time the funds held in escrow will be issued for the construction of the hangars.

Step 5

Customize Your Hangar

There are several options as well as endless list of ideas you may customize your unit, with flooring items to fans as well as wet bars and lighting. The sky is the limit or you can keep it standard and do it with your own forces after the project reaches certificate of occupancy.

Step 6

Building the Hangar

During the course of the project there will be several draws which are outlined in the lease agreement, these draws must be met timely in order to keep your project moving. For our out of town associates you will have unfettered access to the onsite camera as well as updates of the production so you are well informed.

Step 7

Completion

After completion of the unit there will be a thorough walk through with each owner to establish any corrective actions that may be necessary to use the unit for the life of the lease.
